Firemen Bruce Magnuson 494-9760  bmagnuson@satx.rr.com John Lawlor 494-6207 coordinates the firestarting and getting coals ready Saturday evening for the initial cooking and Fire shifts. Time decided by John.
Cooking Jake Constantin 497-1919  jconstantin@satx.rr.com Three or four shifts of 3 hours each scheduled by Jake (starting at 9p.m. Saturday or midnight Sunday morning). Each shift has a Cook Shift Leader and a Firemen Shift Leader. Old work clothes required.

Kitchen Clean-Up Marvin Hadash 494-6551  mjnsa@msn.com Displays signs on church grounds during week of bbq. Prepares barrels, grates, knives, spices and dolly to kitchen on day of prep. Cleans barrels as emptied on sales day/Sunday.

Please coordinate with Team Leaders each time so they can make out schedules and insure there are enough workers allotted. It is hoped that everyone try and get around to different events to better know your fellow Knights and get the most benefit from this fraternal event.
